Track Lighting

The main component, typically a metal rail, is installed on the ceiling or wall. It contains electrical conductors that power the light fixtures. The individual light fixtures, also called track heads, slide along the track and can be adjusted to point in different directions. This design allows for easy repositioning and customization of lighting, making it suitable for various applications, like highlighting specific areas, accentuating artwork, or creating ambient lighting. The track heads connect to the electrified track, drawing power from it without requiring individual wiring for each fixture. Track lighting is available in different styles, including straight, curved, or fixed and with various bulb options like LED, halogen, and CFL. Customization and adaptation to various needs are made possible by light fixtures’ movable positions and directions. Can be used in various rooms and applications from accent lighting to general illumination. The clean lined and minimal look of track lighting can enhance the aesthetic of a space.

Recessed Lighting
Recessed Lighting

Because recessed lighting is fitted into a hollow hole in the ceiling, it frequently conceals the housing of the fixture above the ceiling. Standard down lights, wall washers, and track systems are just a few of the sizes and designs available, providing versatility in the design of lighting. The Durability and energy efficiency of recessed lightings are long and can be used for general illumination, accent lighting, or work lighting. The housing, which houses the electrical components, the trim, which is the visible part surrounding the light source, and the bulb, which can be incandescent, halogen, fluorescent, or LED, are all common components of a recessed fixture. Recessed lights are divided into two categories: IC (insulation contact) and non-IC. Generally speaking, Non-IC-rated fittings are appropriate mainly for locations without insulation, but IC-rated fixtures are really made to come into direct touch with insulation.
